Cooling with or without Heat Keystone offers two 8,000 BTU window units: one without heat and one with an efficient heat pump. Either model provides all of these operating modes for total comfort no matter what season of the year, or time of day. Cool: Use this mode to set the cooling function, using the up/down buttons to select your desired temperature. Select from three fan speeds to stay comfortable. Dry: This allows your AC to operate as a dehumidifier, removing up to 1.2 pints per hour. Some degree of cooling will continue; however, fan speed is not adjustable in this mode.
