The HE360D furnace humidifier also includes a duct- and wall-mountable digital humidistat for easy control over your humidity level. Why Use a Humidifier? How It Works This whole-house model blankets your home with soothing, healthful moisture -- no bypass ducting required. Simply mount the system directly onto the warm air supply or air handler of your forced-air furnace using the included connecting components, installation kit, and installation video for guidance. Note that you'll need access to a nearby floor drain to provide drainage for air conditioner condensation as well as the humidifier. During humidification, the HE360D system draws heated air through a moistened humidifier pad (included), where it collects invisible moisture.
