The Fantech FIT 120E Series Ceiling or Wall-Mounted Energy Recovery Ventilator is designed to improve indoor air quality, specifically in multi-family applications where space is limited. This versatile system has an airflow capacity of up to 127 CFM and has a compact profile measuring just 8.75 inches in height and a 10-inch installed depth. The Fantech FIT 120E Series features an energy recovery core that effectively transfers heat and moisture from the outgoing air to the incoming fresh air, minimizing the energy needed to maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Key Features and Benefits of the Fantech FIT 120E Series Energy Recovery Core: Incorporates an energy recovery core made of a durable polymeric transfer media that facilitates water vapor transport. This core exhibits high humidity permeability and is freeze-tolerant and water washable. Frost Prevention Mechanism: When the outdoor air temperature reaches 14 degrees F or lower, the appliance automatically engages a preset frost prevention sequence where the supply blower halts operation while the exhaust blower switches to high speed, maximizing the effectiveness of the frost prevention method. Normal operation resumes after the sequence is completed. Drain-Free Design: Requires no drain installation. Moisture in the incoming air is simply transferred to the outgoing air during the circulation process. Customizable Airflow Control: This fresh air appliance offers multi-speed operation from 40 to 127 CFM at 0.4 inches w.g. according to your specific space requirements. The settings can be easily managed through the external electrical box, or a separate wall control. Included Air Filters: The ERV comes with two washable, UL900-certified, electrostatic panel-type air filters to effectively eliminate impurities from the indoor air.
